• Points convert to cash at about 1 point = 1p in UK pounds.
• To reach £10, you need about 1,000 points (e.g. 10 × 100-point surveys or fewer larger ones).

• Daily Poll — one quick question for a small points reward.

Step 6: Cash Out Once You Hit 1,000 Points (£10)

1. Go to Rewards / Cash Out.
